7th Annual Golf Classic a record hit


More than 130 players and 180 sponsors helped the Dosher Memorial Hospital Foundation raise more than $57,000 and $10,000 in goods and services at the Foundation's 7th Annual Golf Classic on October 14, 2016. The Foundation recognized Griffin Estep Benefit Group/Ameritas as the major sponsor of the tourney held at Oak Island Golf & Country Club.


The first-place team in the Women's flight was: Marsha Krug, Beth Nelson, and Sue Norberg.


First place in the Men's first flight was: Jere Jones, John Lawrence, and Tucker Pacula.


First place in the Men's second flight was: Rodney Herr, Tim Bell, and Travis Foster.


First place in the Men's third flight was: Richard Tarrall, Mike Tuohy, and Eric Summerville.
